FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Two Major Events Announced by Henderson Seniors' AuxiliaryJuly 4th Celebration and First Annual Golf Tournament 7/2/2007 -- Henderson, NV- The Henderson Seniors' Auxiliary announced today the schedule for two major fundraising events: July 4th CelebrationOn Wednesday July 4th from 4pm until 9pm, the Independence Day celebration will once again kick off with refreshments under the Budweiser tent which will be located at Henderson Events Plaza This year, for the first time there will also be clams on-the-half shell available. Quantities are limited, so come early. First Annual Golf TournamentThis event will be held on Friday November 2nd at the Wildhorse Golf Course on Warm Springs Avenue. Sponsors are being sought for each of the eighteen holes as well as various special contest challenges. The four person team, scramble-format golf event is open to the public, and coordinators are already accepting team applications for the eighteen available golf foursomes. . The registration fee includes cart and greens fees, and a barbecue luncheon will follow golf with a full open bar. Each golfer will receive a door prize, and all attendees may purchase raffle tickets and Booster Club memberships.
